Fall is in the air! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been having way too much fun with all the cute fall fashion this season has to offer. Last blog post, I shared some great fall wardrobe must haves. This week, I’m sharing all the must have accessories to compliment those looks. So, from hats to boots to purses, I’ve got you covered! Let’s start from the top!
I love a good hat to compliment a look, or better yet, even to make the statement of the day. This tweed newsboy hat from Nordstrom Rack is a steal at under $15 dollars. It’s fun, flirty, and versatile. What I like most about it is that it’s very unique, and it’s not one of those hats that everybody else will have. The only bad news here is that it is currently sold out online, but you can still get it in select stores. Here is another way I choose to style it with a pale pink blouse!
I always feel a little sassy in a good captain’s cap! If you’re looking for a staple captain’s cap than H&M has this one in several colors. This cap has a band at the front and is lined. I purchased the black and red, but the pink is cute too! What I can tell you is that the fit runs small. I had read this ahead of time and purchased a medium, and it’s still snug. What’s up with that? Hehe! This is the perfect hat for fall, and you will definitely get use out of it. It’s also under $20 dollars too.
We all need a good beret (or several) to get us through the cooler months. This one is super soft and comfy. You can also find it at H&M. It’s one size fits all, which is totally fine because of the material. Here’s how I styled it recently for my annual Halloween party! Isn’t it just the cutest? 😉 This beret is also very affordable at only $12.99.

I am in LOVE with these over the knee boots for fall, and will definitely still get good use out of them through winter as well. When shopping for a good pair of thigh high boots I wanted a pair that I could realistically be comfortable walking in, but I still wanted them to have a heel. So, these were the winner! They are so comfortable, but still offer a two-inch heel for some style and height. They also run true size. The best part is that they are currently 40% off from Express. The bad news is that they only come in black, and I wish Express offered them in multiple colors so I could buy them all grrrrr! That’s ok though, at least with this pair we’ve got our black staple boot covered.
If you’re looking to up your bootie heel game this fall then I can fully recommend this pair from Venus. These boots are black with a stacked heel and perforated design. I love the perforated design because it gives the boot more texture and a little more umph if you know what I mean! There’s also a buckle detail on the side. The heel is 3.5 inches, and because it is wider and stacked it’s super comfy too. Overall, I’m super impressed by these boots. They are stylish and comfortable at the same time, and you won’t break the bank to get them. Here’s how I choose to style them out for a casual look.
This bag is totally on trend for fall. It’s leopard print and black. It has a gold adjustable chain shoulder strap with a turnlock closure. Minimal, modern, sheek, are the best words I can find to describe this purse. You can wear it as a cross body or just over the shoulder. Right now it’s a total steal at 40% off from Express you’ll pay just under $30 dollars.
So, I’m totally bummed because I bought a pair of suede stacked heel boots from Venus that I was so excited to share with you, but just like that they are sold out! But don’t worry, I did some research and found a pair that’s very similar from DSW by the brand Naturalizer, and they have great reviews online. Right now, these boots are actually a great deal because they are valued at $130 dollars, but you can snag them for $69.99. They are tan, faux suede, with a round toe and stacked heel. The fabric is lined on the inside, and the heel is 3.5 inches. I really think a good tan ankle boot is a must for fall. You can pair them with just about any look.
So….what do you think about these pieces? Most are very affordable and super on trend for fall. More importantly though, if you follow my blog then you know I care most about investing in classic staple pieces that both you and I can use over and over as opposed to just for a few months. Personally, I feel all these pieces accomplish that. If you enjoyed this post, please subscribe to this blog for more content like this. New blog posts up every Monday.
