Always chasing views! Living in Texas, there’s always something or somewhere to explore just around the corner. Last week, my husband and I took a short drive from San Antonio to Mount Bonnell in Austin, and the views were so worth it!
Hi friends! A few Saturdays ago I traveled about an hour and a half from my home in San Antonio, Texas to climb the beast of a pink granite mountain called Enchanted Rock! This was my third time taking on the challenge. The first time was for an 8th grade field trip. The second time was for a sisterhood with my sorority in college. The funny thing is, I don’t really have a lot of memories from either of those occasions, which is another really great advantage to vlogging/blogging these days……getting the chance to experience everything and documenting it to share not only with the world but for my own personal diary as well.

My little family and I have just returned from an amazing long weekend vacation to North Padre Island and the city of Corpus Christi. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to this trip every year! Growing up in Texas and being close to the Gulf, it is a long-time summer tradition to head to the Coast.
Are you a new parent traveling with a baby for the first time? Does the thought of a seven hour flight with your mini-me give you anxiety? Don’t worry you’re not alone. I myself experienced this for the first time recently as a new mom traveling with a baby. Yes, I did my research beforehand just like you are doing now, but I also learned on the go. So, I’m glad to share these tips with my fellow traveling parents.
Black sand beaches. Donkeys. Fish pedicures. Sunset catamaran boat tours. Eating cliff side overlooking the Aegean Sea. Relaxing in your own private infinity pool. Watching the intense sunset over looking church bells and blue domes. Convinced yet? Good..you should be! Santorini, Greece should be on everyone’s bucket list, and I’m so grateful to have finally checked it off of mine!
